Why do you show a starting price rather than one number?
A 30-bed hostel and a three-location restaurant group pay on different bases. The page shows where each plan starts, and signup shows your exact price before you enter payment details.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
You get the full product. Free for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Add a card any time to keep your account active after day 14.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is 10 percent less than month to month, so the Standard plan is $178.19 per month billed annually and the hostel starter tier is $90 per month billed annually.
Can I add locations later?
Yes. Add locations from your account at any time and your subscription updates automatically.
What is SkorCover?
An optional add-on that handles employment policy compliance and standard operating procedures with e-signature. It is included on Pro; on other plans it is priced per month, shown at signup, and can be added or removed at any time.
Do you charge per staff member?
No. Staff seats are unlimited on every plan. Pricing is per location, or by bed count for hostels and boutique stays.
